Oven-baked Cube Steak

Pop it into the oven and leave. This new cubed steak is just that. Oven-baked cube steak features a healthy mixture of tasty mushroom and tender cubed steak. It is a no-brainer recipe that takes about 45 minutes to prepare.

Ingredients:

3 pounds cubed steak (freeze partially and cut into 1 ½ inch cubes)

2 cans Golden Mushroom soup

2 cans mushroom buttons

1 package Lipton onion soup mix

1 cup cooking wine (1/2 white and ½ red)

Procedure:

  1. Preheat the over at 375 degrees Fahrenheit (or 190 degrees Celsius).
  2. In a shallow bowl combine all the ingredients. Pour it over the cubed steaks.
  3. Place the cubed steaks plus the sauces into a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  4. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil.
  5. Bake it at 375 degrees Fahrenheit (or 190 degrees Celsius) for 30 to 40 minutes.
